About Warden Park Secondary Academy

Originally established in 1956 as Cuckfield County Secondary School, it was later renamed Warden Park School. In September 2011, it became one of the first schools in the country to convert to academy status and was rebranded as Warden Park Secondary Academy.

The Academy is focused on getting the ‘Best from All’ by providing a ‘holistic’ education encompassing academia, character, morality, sporting participation, and spiritual development for its 1,500 11 to 16-yearolds. With a strong tradition for high standards in all areas, Warden Park Secondary Academy prides itself on empowering its students by offering an education that is rich in variety and opportunity, that fully embraces digital technologies, and that develops its students into confident and aspirational young adults.

Great Walstead School

Great Walstead School

As Great Walstead prepares to celebrate its centenary next year, the governors recently announced an exciting new chapter in our history. Great Walstead is joining Ardingly College’s family of schools, which will secure our future for the next hundred years!

Great Walstead’s strong brand remains unchanged as we look to build and develop children’s attitudes to learning, promoting a natural curiosity with a growing sense of resilience.
