This year’s Rose and Crown Block Party is shaping up to be yet another fantastic community event. Cuckfield village never disappoints when it comes to turning out, coming together, and having a great time. Here’s hoping we are treated to the perfect mix of Sussex summer sunshine and that refreshing August bank holiday breeze!

Behind the scenes, we have an amazing new team of chefs who have embraced this summer’s challenge with enthusiasm. This year, we’re firing up the BBQ to keep everyone well fed throughout the day.

You’ll see plenty of familiar faces behind the bar and on stage, alongside some of our regular favourites who always know how to get the party started. Our 2026 lineup features some of your most-loved performers from previous years, as well as exciting up-and-coming local talent ready to showcase what they can do. Our large, child-friendly garden will be open all day, with plenty to keep the little ones entertained, including ping pong, cornhole, ring toss, and face painting.
