Organisers of this year’s Cuckfield Christmas Tree Festival are celebrating the most successful year yet, raising more than £11,000 for charity.

The event, now in its 13th year, was supported by 79 local organisations, clubs and societies each decorating and lighting a tree in Holy Trinity Church. “As happens every year, there were some really inventive themes and we are grateful to all those who worked really hard on their trees to make a spectacular display,” said organiser Robin Goldsmith.
