There’s a lot of excitement at Holy Trinity as we look forward to Christmas. We will start with the induction of our new vicar, Revd Daniel Valentine, on Wednesday 22nd November by the Bishop of Chichester. Do come and celebrate the start of a new chapter in the life of our church.

The following week marks the beginning of Advent, kicking-off with the lovely Service of Light on Saturday 2nd December at 8.30am followed by breakfast in church.

The next day, in addition to our usual Sunday morning services, we have Advent Carols at 6pm, not to be missed. Then it is all systems go as we prepare to turn our church into a magical, sparking wonderland for our Christmas Tree Festival, which runs from Friday 8th - Sunday 10th. This year our partner charity is the Cuckfield Stroke and Communication Group which meets locally and is part of the Stroke Association.
We are expecting up to 75 trees, beautifully decorated by local businesses and organisations. There will be live music, a festival café and craft activities for the children.

On the Saturday evening, in partnership with Cuckfield Music Festival, there will be a wonderful concert at 7.30pm and the festival will finish on the Sunday evening with carols around the Christmas trees at 6pm, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.

Looking ahead to Christmas, please book early if you would like to attend one of our popular Crib Services on Christmas Eve. Tickets will be available via Ticket Source at the beginning of December, so please book your free ticket as places will be limited.
